# GoogolTech's two shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 1.51%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GoogolTech (301510.SZ) announced that shareholder Guangyuan Automation plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 4.4 million shares (accounting for 1.10% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement. Shareholder Gufeng plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 1.655 million shares (accounting for no more than 0.41% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
