# AOTO Electronics completed the cancellation of part of its stock options in 2023, totaling 1.799 million

On August 25, 2025, Shenzhen AOTO Electronics Co., Ltd. held a relevant meeting to review and approve the proposal to cancel part of the stock options under the 2023 stock option incentive plan. Due to the failure to meet performance assessment standards in 2024, 1,620,500 stock options for 80 on-the-job incentive recipients granted for the second exercise period were canceled; Yang Wenchao was elected as a supervisor but no longer met the qualifications, resulting in the cancellation of 154,000 options; 1 incentive recipient resigned, leading to the cancellation of 24,500 options, totaling 1,799,000 options canceled this time. After verification by the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, the cancellation was completed on September 8. The canceled stock options were not exercised and do not affect the company's equity
