# 郑州富士康 iPhone 17 港区产线已接近满产，近 20 万人两班倒赶工

> 富士康郑州港区的 iPhone 17 生产线接近满产，临时工需求激增，近 20 万人两班倒赶工。由于用工缺口扩大，富士康首次允许临时工自主选择是否体检，返费金额也随之波动，最高可达 9800 元。临时工的招募效率受到返费价格的直接影响，尤其在苹果新品发布季节，临时工的招募数量明显增加。

目前，富士康郑州港区正处于 iPhone 17 系列产品量产爬坡期，随着投产规模逐步扩大，厂区对人力的需求持续上升。 除了返费工之外，小时工是富士康另一类临时用工。9 月 5 日，记者以小时工身份进入富士康郑州港区，当日近 2000 名派遣工在分发现场等待。在生产车间，近 20 万名工人实行两班倒制度，拧螺丝、贴膜、组装零件，传送带持续输送成型的 iPhone 17，随后产品进入包装车间，被装入印有苹果 logo 的白色包装盒。不过，这一人数规模并非顶峰。据李益回忆，最多的时候能有 40 万人。
