# The actual controller of HC CHEMICAL is proposed to be changed to Yang Herong

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HC CHEMICAL (000953.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder Ningbo Yinyi Holdings Co., Ltd. ("Yinyi Holdings") has signed an "Asset Transfer Agreement between Ningbo Yinyi Holdings Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Zhongzhe Ruihe Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd." with Ningbo Zhongzhe Ruihe. Yinyi Holdings intends to transfer 87 million shares it holds in the listed company (accounting for 23.76% of the total share capital of the listed company) and all receivables owed to HC CHEMICAL to Zhongzhe Ruihe. If this transaction is ultimately implemented, the company's controlling shareholder will change from Yinyi Holdings to Zhongzhe Ruihe, and the actual controller of the company will change from Xiong Xuqiang to Yang Herong
