# The controlling shareholder of GOLDEN DRAGON has completed the transfer of 35 million shares from judicial auction

On September 9, 2025, the 35 million shares of GOLDEN DRAGON held by its controlling shareholder New Century Company were successfully transferred following a judicial auction. After this change in equity, New Century Company's shareholding decreased from 23.55% to 19.64%, and the total shareholding of New Century Company and its concerted parties decreased from 42.31% to 38.41%, a reduction of 3.91%. The transferee Wang Zixu and 5 others are prohibited from reducing their holdings within 6 months. This change in equity is a passive reduction and has not resulted in a change in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller, nor will it have a significant impact on the company's management. The company will urge the relevant parties to fulfill their information disclosure obligations
