# Qianhong Bio-pharma: Warned for failing to disclose and halt trading in a timely manner when the shareholding ratio reached the 25% threshold

Qianhong Bio-pharma announced that shareholder Wang Ke increased his holdings in the company by 9.6 million shares through block trading on June 11, 2025, with a transaction amount of 84.096 million yuan. Together with his concerted actor Wang Yaofang, their combined shareholding ratio increased from 24.91% to 25.66%. Due to the failure to timely disclose and halt trading when the shareholding ratio reached the 25% threshold, the Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau issued a "Decision on the Warning Letter Measures Against Wang Ke" on September 11, 2025, and required him to submit a written report within 10 working days
