Guoke Group announced that its shareholder Tellhow Technology will reduce its holdings by 2.1046 million shares through centralized bidding from June 26, 2025, to September 10, 2025, and by 4.1433 million shares through block trading, totaling a reduction of 6.2479 million shares, accounting for 2.99% of the company's current total share capital. The reduction price range is between 42.42 and 55.98 yuan per share, with a total reduction amount of 309 million yuan. After the early termination of this reduction plan, Tellhow Technology still holds 523 shares, with a shareholding ratio of 0.00025%
