KDXC announced that recently, the company has paid a total of 27.54 million yuan to the counterparties Nanjing Sihe Micro Technology Co., Ltd., Weihai Langshan Information Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Yuanliuhongyuan Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., and Qingdao Chuyao Hongyi Venture Capital Partnership to complete the first phase of the equity transfer payment. Currently, other related work for this equity transaction is progressing in an orderly manner
