Vie Science & Technology announced that on September 11, 2025, the company signed a capital increase agreement and investment agreement with Tongchuan Technology and others. According to the capital increase agreement, the company will invest RMB 20 million in Tongchuan Technology in the form of capital increase. After the investment is completed, the company will hold 2.72% of the equity in Tongchuan Technology. This investment does not constitute a related party transaction and does not constitute a major asset restructuring.
