# FEIYU Technology's subsidiary signs a game development agreement with Tencent Computer

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FEIYU Technology (01022) announced that on September 12, 2025, Xiamen Feiyu (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a game development agreement with Tencent Computer. Under this agreement, Xiamen Feiyu is commissioned by Tencent Computer to develop a mini-game based on the intellectual property owned by Tencent Computer. Tencent Computer will pay Xiamen Feiyu a production fee of RMB 12.5 million for the development of this mini-game.

The announcement stated that the game development agreement aligns with the group's business strategy regarding mini-games and is part of it. Being commissioned by Tencent to develop this mini-game will allow the company to understand the standard development processes of technology giants like Tencent, thereby enhancing the team's technical capabilities and expertise, as well as accumulating and strengthening experience in mini-game development. Additionally, given Tencent's strong position in the Chinese mini-game market, the board believes that developing this mini-game will help the company establish industry reputation and promote long-term cooperation with Tencent
