# 华润置地 8 月总合同销售 132 亿人民币  按年下降 13.2%

> 华润置地在 8 月份的总合同销售额为 132 亿人民币，同比下降 13.2%。销售建筑面积为 53.9 万平方米，同比减少 26.7%。截至 8 月底，累计总合同销售金额为 1,368 亿元，减少 12%。经常性业务收入为 42.7 亿元，同比增长 6.8%，其中租金收入为 28.4 亿元，增长 13.9%。

华润置地 (01109.HK) 公布，8 月份，实现总合同销售金额约 132 亿人民币 (下同)，销售建筑面积约 53.9 万方米，分别按年减少 13.2% 及 26.7%。首八个月，累计总合同销售金额 1,368 亿元，涉及销售面积约 512 万平方米，分别减少 12% 及 23.3%。

月内，经常性业务收入约 42.7 亿元，按年增长 6.8%，其中，租金收入 28.4 亿元，增加 13.9%。首八月累计经常性业务收入约 330.5 亿元，增长 7.7%，其中，租金收入 214 亿元，增长 12.4%。
