# SHAONENG: Plans to cancel 1.5% of repurchased shares and reduce registered capital

SHAONENG announced that the content in the company's previous announcement regarding the plan to cancel 1.5% of the repurchased shares and reduce the registered capital within 12 months from the completion of the share repurchase was incorrect. The corrected content states that the company plans to legally cancel 1.5% of the repurchased shares and reduce the registered capital. If the other 1.5% of the repurchased shares cannot implement the equity incentive plan within 36 months from the completion of the share repurchase, the company will legally cancel them
