# GTC: Registered capital will be reduced to 1.555 billion yuan

GTC announced that the company will hold the third meeting of the ninth board of directors on August 27, 2025, and the third extraordinary shareholders' meeting of 2025 on September 15, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on changing the use of part of the repurchased shares and canceling them. The company agreed to change the use of the remaining 63,900 repurchased shares from the repurchase plan implemented on February 21, 2023, from "for equity incentive plans" to "for cancellation and corresponding reduction of the company's registered capital" after the completion of the 2022 restricted stock incentive plan. After this change, the company's total share capital will remain at 1.555 billion shares, and the company's registered capital will correspondingly decrease from 1.555 billion yuan to 1.555 billion yuan. Creditors may apply to the company for claims within 45 days starting from September 16, 2025
