# Fenda Tech's controlling shareholder Xiao Fen reduced his holdings by 1.38%, bringing his shareholding ratio down to 18.05%

On July 16, 2025, Fenda Tech's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Xiao Fen, signed a "Pledge Stock Disposal Agreement" with Shenzhen Guarantee Group, transferring 24,810,000 shares of the company at a non-trading transfer price of 4.84 yuan per share to Shenzhen Guarantee. The transfer registration procedures have recently been completed. The equity change date is September 12, and after the change, Xiao Fen's shareholding has decreased to 323,892,663 shares, accounting for 18.05% of the total share capital. This change does not involve the fulfillment of commitments and there are no violations or restricted voting rights shares. The company issued a related announcement on September 16
