SUNWAY announced that the company's Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Wang Wenxu holds 482,600 shares, accounting for 0.0744% of the company's total share capital. Due to personal funding needs, he plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 120,700 shares, accounting for 0.0186% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, specifically from October 16, 2025, to January 15, 2026. No reduction is allowed during the window period
