# LXTG's shareholder Bohai Trust plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LXTG (002442.SZ) announced that its shareholder Bohai International Trust Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Bohai Trust") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 5.0328 million shares (accounting for no more than 1% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
