# Zhejiang Bangjie Warns of Potential Delisting as Subsidiary Enters Court-Approved Pre-restructuring

(MT Newswires) -- Zhejiang Bangjie (SHE:002634) warned of delisting risk due to its net assets potentially turning negative in 2025.

This stemmed from a Yangzhou court accepting Industrial Bank's (SHA:601166) application for pre-restructuring of its subsidiary, Yangzhou Bangjie New Energy.

The subsidiary, which has 2.65 billion yuan in liabilities and heavy losses from its photovoltaic business, is deemed insolvent but with restructuring value.

Zhejiang Bangjie warned of major risks, including 630 million yuan in guaranteed debt exposure as well as 505 million yuan in equity investment and 650 million yuan in receivables that may be unrecoverable.

Shares of the seamless garment producer rose 2% in recent trade.
