\*ST QHHD announced on September 16th that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from the company's president, Guo Ming. Guo Ming applied to resign from the position of president of the company and from the position of director of the holding subsidiary Mangya Yuanxin Energy Co., Ltd. Due to personal reasons, he will no longer hold any position in the company after his resignation, which will take effect from the date the resignation letter is delivered to the company's board of directors. Based on the company's operational development needs, Zhu Long has been appointed as the company's president, and Liu Gang has been appointed as the vice president, with terms coinciding with the current board of directors
