# JSST has completed the cancellation of 192,500 stock options, adjusting the number of incentive recipients

On August 25, 2025, Shenzhen JSST Industrial Co., Ltd. held a meeting to review and approve the proposal to cancel part of the stock options. In light of the departure of five incentive targets from the 2024 stock option incentive plan, the company canceled 192,500 stock options that had been granted but not yet exercised. As of the announcement date, the cancellation procedures have been completed. The total number of initial incentive targets has been adjusted from 200 to 195, and the number of unexercised stock options has been adjusted from 9,319,800 to 9,127,300. The number of reserved stock options for incentive targets and unexercised options remains unchanged. This cancellation complies with relevant regulations and has no substantial impact on the company
