# Announcement of the Implementation of the 2025 Half-Year Equity Distribution Plan of DGKG

Dongguan Development Holdings Co., Ltd. announced the implementation of the 2025 semi-annual equity distribution. The plan has been approved by the second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025, with a base of 1,039,516,992 shares, distributing a cash dividend of 1.5 yuan per share, totaling 155,927,548.8 yuan, with no stock issuance or capital increase. The equity registration date is September 23, and the ex-dividend date is September 24. The distribution object is all registered shareholders, and the company has entrusted China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch to distribute the dividends, while some A-share shareholders will distribute cash dividends on their own.
