It is expected that the overall market will see a slight decline in Q3 2025, with annual performance remaining roughly flat. OPPO and Huawei performed well in the mid-to-high-end market, especially the OPPO Reno 14 series, which is popular among consumers. Apple's iPhone 16 series continues to grow after price adjustments, while Honor faces challenges" datetime: "2025-09-18T01:15:15.000Z" locales: - [zh-CN](https://longbridge.com/zh-CN/news/257815833.md) - [en](https://longbridge.com/en/news/257815833.md) - [zh-HK](https://longbridge.com/zh-HK/news/257815833.md) --- > 支持的语言: [English](https://longbridge.com/en/news/257815833.md) | [繁體中文](https://longbridge.com/zh-HK/news/257815833.md) # Counterpoint: In the first eight weeks of Q3, smartphone sales in China decreased by 2% year-on-year, and a slight decline is expected for the overall third quarter According to Counterpoint data, in the first eight weeks of Q3 2025, China's smartphone sales declined by 2% year-on-year, impacted by a significant drop in sales of vivo and Honor. Vivo's Y300, S30, and X200s series performed strongly in the mid-range market, but due to intensified competition in the mid-to-high-end market from promotional activities and national subsidy policies, consumers are purchasing more mid-to-high-end products, benefiting companies like OPPO and Huawei. Counterpoint expects a slight decline in China's smartphone market in Q3 2025, while the overall performance for the year will remain largely flat. Market share of China's smartphone sales in the first eight weeks of Q3 2025 (by OEM manufacturers) Note: Percentages may not equal 100% due to rounding; OPPO includes OnePlus. Apple's (AAPL.US) market share also decreased by one percentage point, but thanks to the robust performance of the iPhone 16 Pro series under price adjustments, the overall impact was limited. This allowed the iPhone 16 series to maintain growth momentum compared to the iPhone 15 series in the same period of 2024, at least in July. OPPO is the manufacturer with the largest increase. Its Reno 14 series is popular for combining flagship features with mid-range pricing. The series' excellent imaging performance, durable and practical design, long battery life, and strong overall performance meet all consumer expectations, making it one of the best-selling flagship smartphones in China after the iPhone 16 series. Huawei has maintained growth with its continuously expanding rich product portfolio. The recently launched Nova 14 series has continued the strong performance of the Nova 13 series, remaining hot-selling since its release in May. Coupled with the sustained strong performance of older high-end flagship products like the Mate 70 series, Huawei's ranking in China's smartphone market share continues to rise. Honor is struggling, experiencing the most significant decline in market share among major OEM manufacturers, due to its channel strategy still being adjusted ### 相关股票 - [Apple (AAPL.US)](https://longbridge.com/zh-CN/quote/AAPL.US.md) - [Huawei (HUAWEI.NA)](https://longbridge.com/zh-CN/quote/HUAWEI.NA.md) ## 相关资讯与研究 - [05:26 ETHuawei Site Power Solution Wins Frost & Sullivan's Global Best Practices Award](https://longbridge.com/zh-CN/news/281160159.md) - [18:34 ETSexta Cumbre Mundial de Instaladores de Huawei](https://longbridge.com/zh-CN/news/280852621.md) - [The AirPods Max 2 are a great sequel, but not an ambitious one](https://longbridge.com/zh-CN/news/281193458.md) - [Park Place Capital Corp Sells 2,031 Shares of Apple Inc. $AAPL](https://longbridge.com/zh-CN/news/280989201.md) - [Warren Buffett Selling Stocks and Buying in His Last Quarter as Berkshire Hathaway CEO: Should You Follow Him?](https://longbridge.com/zh-CN/news/280821806.md)
