# LETS: "LETS Convertible Bonds" is expected to trigger conditions for downward adjustment of the conversion price

LETS Holdings Group Co., Ltd. announced that the current conversion price of "LETS Convertible Bonds" is RMB 7.59 per share, with a conversion period from October 27, 2022, to April 20, 2028. From September 5 to 18, 2025, the company's stock has had a closing price below 85% of the current conversion price for 10 consecutive trading days within a continuous 30 trading day period, which is expected to trigger the condition for downward adjustment of the conversion price. If triggered, the company will perform the review procedures and information disclosure obligations as required.
