# Sunlord's chairman releases the pledge on 1.1 million shares

Recently, Shenzhen Sunlord Electronics Co., Ltd. announced that Chairman Yuan Jinyu will release the pledge on 1.1 million shares he holds, accounting for 2.73% of his total shares and 0.14% of the company's total share capital. The pledgee is Postal Savings Bank of China Shenzhen Huaqiangbei Branch, with the start date on September 11, 2024, and the release date on September 17, 2025. As of September 17, Yuan Jinyu and his concerted parties hold a total of 24.37 million pledged shares, accounting for 60.31% of his total shares and 3.02% of the company's total share capital.
