# Hainan Ruize provides a guarantee for a subsidiary's loan of 10 million, no further review required within the limit

On August 29, 2024, Hainan Ruize's subsidiary Ruize Renewable Resources obtained a revolving loan limit of 10 million yuan from the Haikou Jiangdong Branch of Hainan Bank, with the company providing joint liability guarantee. Recently, after the loan matured and was repaid, Ruize Renewable Resources continued to apply for a loan of 10 million yuan, with the company using land use rights and properties in multiple locations as fifth-ranking collateral guarantees, and the company and related personnel providing joint liability guarantees. On May 9, 2025, the company's shareholders' meeting approved the relevant financing and guarantee limits, and the guarantee amount is within the limit, requiring no further review, and does not constitute a related party transaction. As of the announcement date, the company's and its controlling subsidiaries' external guarantee limit is 1,688,229,000 yuan, with an actual cumulative guarantee balance of 1,243,605,000 yuan
