# Jiaozuo Wanfang's application for issuing shares to purchase assets has been accepted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange

On September 18, 2025, Jiaozuo Wanfang Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. received a notice from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of its application documents for issuing shares to purchase assets. The company intends to acquire 99.4375% equity of Cayman Aluminum Co., Ltd. held by Hangzhou Jinjiang Group and others through the issuance of shares. After verification, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange believes that the application documents are complete and has decided to accept them. However, this transaction still requires approval from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and registration consent from the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented, and there is uncertainty regarding whether it will pass the review and obtain registration consent.
