# 保利物业与武汉特飞达成合作

> 保利物业与武汉中航通飞特种飞行器有限公司达成合作，提供楼宇管理、商业招租和营运保障服务。该合作将整合保利物业在智慧物业、精细化营运及人性化服务方面的经验，支持中国特种飞行器研发中心的发展，推动湖北省航空工业全产业链的进步。

保利物业 (06049.HK) 宣布近日与武汉中航通飞特种飞行器有限公司达成合作，保利物业将充分整合在智慧物业、精细化营运及人性化服务等经验，为中国特种飞行器研发中心提供楼宇管理、商业招租和营运保障服务。

武汉特飞由中国航空工业集团旗下的中航通用飞机有限责任公司及中国特种飞行器研究所合资组建，而中国特种飞行器研发中心则是华中首个以航空产业为主导的综合体项目，以通用飞机、水面飞行器、浮空飞行器研制及技术服务为牵引，预期可带动湖北省航空工业全产业链发展。
