# HUITIAN THERMAL POWER: Plans to purchase thermal-related transactions amounting to no more than 500 million yuan

HUITIAN THERMAL POWER announced that in order to ensure the heating demand for the 2025-2026 heating period, its holding subsidiary, Er Re Company, plans to continue purchasing heat from China Resources Power Shenyang Company, with an expected purchase volume of approximately 9.5 million gigajoules and a purchase price not exceeding 48 yuan per gigajoule. The total transaction amount is expected to not exceed 500 million yuan, accounting for 272.46% of the company's audited net assets for the year 2024. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction but does not fall under significant asset restructuring and does not require approval from relevant departments, but must be approved by the company's shareholders' meeting. From the beginning of the year to date, the total transaction amount between the company and this related party has reached 334 million yuan
