LUBAIR AVIATION announced that the company's director and deputy general manager, Gao Mu Rui, reduced his holdings by 134,300 shares through centralized bidding from July 18, 2025, to September 19, 2025, at an average reduction price of 34.02 yuan/share, accounting for 0.12% of the total shares. The reduction price ranged from 32.5 yuan/share to 36 yuan/share. After this reduction, his holdings decreased from 537,600 shares to 403,300 shares, accounting for 0.35% of the total share capital
