# 经济日报：整治汽车行业网络乱象要协同发力

> 经济日报指出，汽车行业面临激烈竞争和网络乱象，企业需摒弃不正当手段，回归技术研发和产品创新。网络水军和恶意抹黑行为严重影响消费者信任和行业发展。呼吁车企倡导公平竞争，强化自律，抵制不正当竞争行为，以优质产品和服务赢得市场认可。

经济日报发文，面对激烈市场竞争和传播生态变革，车企从线下 “卷价格”“卷产品”“卷配置”“卷服务”，延伸至线上 “卷营销”“卷舆论”，由此催生出一些非理性竞争行为，针对汽车企业、品牌、产品、技术、高管的网络水军、“黑公关”“黑嘴” 及 “饭圈” 粉丝等网络乱象愈演愈烈。这些乱象不仅让消费者真假难辨、无所适从，而且严重破坏网络生态与企业营商环境，对行业持续创新与长远发展构成威胁。对车企来说，必须摒弃短期投机思维和不正当手段，回归技术研发、产品创新和服务优化的正确轨道，以真正优质的产品和服务赢得市场和消费者认可。具体而言，就是应倡导公平竞争，强化自律，不参与、不雇用网络水军进行负面评论灌水、恶意抹黑等；共同抵制雇用网络水军的企业，共同抵制恶意灌水、抹黑的服务代理商；共同抵制一切捏造不实信息、攻击和挑拨同行关系的不正当竞争行为。
