# PKU HEALTHCARE's wholly-owned subsidiary has been renamed, changed its legal representative, and completed industrial and commercial registration

PKU HEALTHCARE Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary "Beijing Peking University Medicine Co., Ltd." has been renamed "Beijing New Advantage Pharmaceutical Commerce Co., Ltd." due to strategic planning and business development needs. The legal representative has been changed from Yuan Pingdong to Cheng Hong. The industrial and commercial change registration has recently been completed, and the new business license has been reissued by the Market Supervision Administration of Changping District, Beijing. The new company has a registered capital of 100 million yuan, established on June 10, 1998, and its business scope includes drug wholesale, medical device sales, and various general projects. The announcement is accompanied by the business license as a reference document, and it was published on September 23, 2025
