# HUA TIAN: Subsidiary invests to establish a special fund and an industrial fund

HUA TIAN announced that its subsidiary, Xi'an Tianli Investment Partnership, has signed the "Jiangsu HUA TIAN Shengyu Innovation Growth Investment Fund Partnership Agreement" with ten investors including Shanghai Shengyu Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. The total subscribed capital contribution by all partners is 206 million yuan, of which Xi'an Tianli has subscribed 30 million yuan, accounting for 14.563%. In addition, Xi'an Tianli has signed the "Jiangsu HUA TIAN Shengyu Industrial Investment Fund Partnership Agreement" with three investors including Shanghai Shengyu Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. The total subscribed capital contribution by all partners is 200 million yuan, of which Xi'an Tianli has subscribed 80 million yuan, accounting for 40%. Recently, the aforementioned special fund and industrial fund have completed the registration with the industrial and commercial administration
