# SUNSEA: RunDaTai plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2.7744% of its shares

According to the announcement from Zhituo Finance APP, SUNSEA (002313.SZ) announced that its shareholder Zhuhai Rundatai Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Rundatai"), which holds 27.7437% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings of 10.3873 million shares within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, accounting for 2.7744% of the company's total share capital. Among them: the number of shares to be reduced through centralized bidding will not exceed 1% of the company's total share capital; the number of shares to be reduced through block trading will not exceed 1.7744% of the company's total share capital
