# TENGEN: Non-independent director Chen Xiaohua resigns

TENGEN announced that on September 22, 2025, the company received a resignation letter from non-independent director Ms. Chen Xiaohua, who resigned from her position as a non-independent director and a member of the Board's Strategy and Development Committee due to adjustments in the company's governance structure. After her resignation, Ms. Chen Xiaohua will continue to serve as the company's Chief Financial Officer and Deputy General Manager. On the same day, the company held its fourth employee representative assembly of 2025, electing Ms. Wang Qunfang as the employee director of the company's fourth board of directors, with a term ending on the expiration date of the fourth board's term. Ms. Wang Qunfang, born in October 1989, has a college degree and has previously served as a customer service representative in the company's online sales department, the manager of the online sales department, and a non-employee representative supervisor. She is currently the manager of the company's online marketing center
