# BANGJIE's subsidiary equity has been provisionally frozen due to a financial loan dispute

On September 23, 2025, Zhejiang BANGJIE Holding Group Co., Ltd. announced that due to a financial loan contract dispute filed by Industrial Bank Suzhou Branch against BANGJIE New Energy and others, it applied for property preservation. The company's holdings in BANGJIE Knitting equity and the equity held by BANGJIE New Energy in Jiangshan BANGJIE have been judicially frozen, with a property preservation amount of 48.8 million yuan. Previously, the relevant equity of the company had been judicially frozen and pending freezing due to multiple disputes. As of the announcement date, the case has not yet been heard in court, and it does not temporarily affect the daily operations of the company and its subsidiaries. However, if a settlement cannot be negotiated or debts are not repaid, the portion of the frozen equity corresponding to 48.8 million yuan may be subject to judicial auction.
