On July 29, 2025, Sinochem Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. disclosed a restructuring plan, intending to issue shares to acquire 100% equity of Yiyang Rubber & Plastic Machinery Group Co., Ltd. and 100% equity of Bluestar Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd., and to raise supporting funds.
