# Hite Control: Guo Mengrong reduced his holdings by 1.0267% within 9 days

Hite Control announced that the controlling shareholder and actual controller Guo Mengrong reduced his holdings by 2.9669 million shares through centralized bidding from September 16, 2025, to September 24, 2025, accounting for 0.8431% of the company's total share capital, and reduced his holdings by 646,200 shares through block trading, accounting for 0.1836% of the company's total share capital. In total, he reduced his holdings by 3.6131 million shares, accounting for 1.0267% of the company's total share capital, with the equity change reaching an integer multiple of 1%. After the reduction, the shareholding ratio of Guo Mengrong and his concerted parties decreased from 19.9998% to 18.9731%
