# TALKWEB shareholder Song Ying reduced his holdings, reaching a multiple of 1% for shares held over 5%

On August 9, 2025, TALKWEB disclosed the share reduction plan of shareholder Song Ying, who holds 90,706,405 shares of the company, accounting for 7.2003% of the total share capital. He plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 12,597,537 shares from September 1 to November 28. Recently, the company received a notice stating that from September 1 to 23, Song Ying cumulatively reduced his holdings by 2,523,000 shares through centralized bidding, bringing his shareholding ratio down to 6.9992%.
