# TUS-EST: The court has decided to initiate pre-restructuring for the company and appointed a temporary administrator

TUS-EST announced that on September 24, 2025, the company received a decision from the Intermediate People's Court of Yichang, which decided to initiate pre-restructuring for the company and appointed the TUS-EST liquidation team as the temporary administrator. The pre-restructuring period is three months from the date of the decision. As of the announcement date, the company has not yet received any relevant legal documents from the court regarding the acceptance of the restructuring application, and there is uncertainty regarding whether the court will accept the restructuring application and whether the company will subsequently enter the restructuring process. If the court rules to accept the restructuring application, the company's stock will be subject to delisting risk warnings. If the restructuring fails, the company's stock will face the risk of being terminated from listing
