# Guocheng Mining provides a financing lease guarantee of 180 million for its subsidiary Guocheng Lithium

Guocheng Mining announced that the company has previously approved a proposal to increase the guarantee limit for its subsidiary Guocheng Lithium Industry by no more than 1.55 billion yuan. Recently, Guocheng Lithium Industry has engaged in financing leasing business with Jiyin Leasing, and the company provides a maximum joint liability guarantee of 180 million yuan for this business, which falls within the scope of the approved guarantees and does not require further review. Guocheng Lithium Industry was established in 2023, with Guocheng Mining holding a 75% stake. As of June 30, its total assets amounted to 366.4591 million yuan, and total liabilities were 126.4115 million yuan. This guarantee will help Guocheng Lithium Industry develop, with controllable risks. As of the announcement date, the actual external guarantee balance of the company and its holding subsidiaries is 1,647.5715 million yuan, and after this guarantee, it will not exceed 1,827.5715 million yuan
