# 源宇宙教育发布年度业绩，股东应占亏损 5164.5 万港元，同比扩大 87.4%

> 源宇宙教育发布截至 2025 年 6 月 30 日的年度业绩，收入为 6804 万港元，同比下降 44.4%。公司股东应占亏损 5164.5 万港元，同比扩大 87.4%，每股基本亏损 0.08 港元。亏损主要由于金融资产公允价值变动、商誉减值、贸易应收款项及合约资产减值，以及应收贷款的减值，反映出香港经济复苏缓慢的影响。

智通财经 APP 讯，源宇宙教育 (01082) 发布截至 2025 年 6 月 30 日止年度业绩，收入 6804 万港元，同比下降 44.4%;公司拥有人应占亏损 5164.5 万港元，同比扩大 87.4%;每股基本亏损 0.08 港元。  

期内亏损乃主要由于 (i) 按公平值计入损益的金融资产公平值变动亏损约 662 万港元 (2024 年：约 1741 万港元)，主要是由于中国香港及全球股市的看跌情绪导致上市证券及私人投资减值亏损;(ii) 商誉的减值亏损约 1315 万港元 (2024 年：零港元);(iii) 贸易应收款项及合约资产的减值亏损约 2252 万港元 (2024 年：拨回约 482 万港元);(iv) 应收贷款的减值亏损约 808 万港元 (2024 年：约 94 万港元)，主要乃基于审慎原则，考虑到香港经济环境复苏缓慢，资产减值增加所导致。
