According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on September 26, GBA HOLDINGS (00261) shareholders deposited shares into Hongzhi Securities, with a deposit market value of HKD 11.6417 million, accounting for 19.55%.

On September 26, GBA HOLDINGS announced that all conditions set forth in the placement agreement had been met, and the completion occurred on September 26, 2025. The placement agent has placed a total of 46.5669 million placement shares to no fewer than six subscribers at a placement price of HKD 0.20 per share, accounting for approximately 16.67% of the company's issued share capital after the placement shares are issued and allotted. The net proceeds from the placement are estimated to be approximately HKD 8.61 million
