# LUXI CHEMICAL plans to absorb and merge its subsidiary Second Fertilizer Company

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LUXI CHEMICAL (000830.SZ) announced that the company plans to absorb and merge Shandong Liaocheng LUXI CHEMICAL Second Fertilizer Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Second Fertilizer Company"). After the absorption and merger is completed, the legal entity status of the Second Fertilizer Company will be canceled, and all its assets, claims, and debts will be inherited by LUXI CHEMICAL
