# JINZI HAM: The first phase of the employee stock ownership plan has sold out and is terminated

JINZI HAM Co., Ltd. announced that all shares held under its first employee stock ownership plan have been fully sold. This plan was approved at relevant meetings in 2022, and that year, part of the shares were transferred to the dedicated account for the employee stock ownership plan, accounting for 4.07% of the total share capital at that time. From 2023 to 2024, the two lock-up periods will expire successively, and all rights to the underlying shares will be unlocked. As of the announcement date, 39,846,053 shares have been sold, accounting for 3.29% of the current total share capital. The plan is set to terminate in 2025, with the actual holding period consistent with the plan's duration, and the management committee is currently conducting asset liquidation and profit distribution work
