# XZCE Chairman Wang Kefei plans to increase his holdings in the company by 30 million to 50 million yuan

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, XZCE (002534.SZ) announced that the company's chairman, Mr. Wang Kefe, plans to increase his holdings of the company's A-shares through centralized bidding within six months starting from September 29, 2025, with a total investment amount of no less than RMB 30 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB 50 million (inclusive)
