# ST Golden Solar: The draft restructuring plan for Suzhou Golden Solar has been released

\*ST Golden Solar announced that the restructuring plan draft of its subsidiary Suzhou Golden Solar Fireproof Steel Profile System Co., Ltd. has been released. The draft provides various debt repayment resources and improves the debt repayment rate. Secured creditors will be repaid in cash within the priority repayment scope, while employee claims, social security claims, and tax claims will be fully repaid. Ordinary claims will be settled through "cash repayment in the current period + debt-to-equity swap," and subordinated claims will not have any repayment resources arranged. After the completion of the restructuring plan, the corporate legal status and market entity qualifications of Suzhou Golden Solar will remain unchanged, still being a subsidiary of Golden Solar
