智通财经 APP 讯，当代置业 (01107) 发布截至 2024 年 6 月 30 日止六个月之未经审核合併中期业绩，该集团取得收益 10.04 亿元，同比减少 69.88%;公司拥有人应占亏损 37.94 亿元，同比增加 278.42%;每股基本亏损 135.7 分。

公告称，收益减少主要由于交付面积减少，物业销售的收益同比减少约人民币 23.23 亿元。
