# 亚洲果业公布年度业绩 公司拥有人应占亏损 2400 万元 同比减少 6.3%

> 亚洲果业公布截至 2025 年 6 月 30 日的年度业绩，收入约 7540 万元，同比减少 55.3%；公司拥有人应占亏损 2400 万元，同比减少 6.3%；每股基本亏损 1.611 元。亏损减少主要因无物业、厂房及设备减值亏损及折旧减少，但金融资产公允价值变动减少及员工成本增加影响业绩。

智通财经 APP 讯，亚洲果业 (00073) 公布截至 2025 年 6 月 30 日止年度业绩，收入约 7540 万元，同比减少 55.3%;公司拥有人应占亏损 2400 万元，同比减少 6.3%;每股基本亏损 1.611 元。

公告称，亏损减少主要归因于并无物业、厂房及设备减值亏损约 990 万元以及折旧减少约 890 万元，唯被按公允价值计入损益的金融资产的公允价值变动减少约 770 万元，员工成本增加约 540 万元以及与少数股东分担一般及行政开支所抵销。
