# 2025 年前 8 个月基本医保统筹基金收入约 1.88 万亿元

> 2025 年 1 月至 8 月，我国基本医疗保险统筹基金总收入约为 1.88 万亿元，总支出为 1.54 万亿元，整体运行平稳。职工基本医疗保险统筹基金收入为 1.19 万亿元，城乡居民基本医疗保险统筹基金收入为 6855.32 亿元。职工基本医疗保险支出为 8811.88 亿元，城乡居民基本医疗保险支出为 6620.32 亿元。

国家医保局最新数据显示，2025 年 1 月至 8 月，我国基本医疗保险统筹基金总收入 18809.94 亿元，基本医疗保险统筹基金总支出 15432.20 亿元，基本医疗保险基金整体运行平稳。 国家医保局官网发布的数据显示，在基本医疗保险统筹基金收入方面，职工基本医疗保险统筹基金收入 11954.62 亿元，城乡居民基本医疗保险统筹基金收入 6855.32 亿元。 2025 年 1 月至 8 月，职工基本医疗保险统筹基金支出 8811.88 亿元，其中生育保险基金待遇支出 890.39 亿元；城乡居民基本医疗保险统筹基金支出 6620.32 亿元。
