# CK ASSET Tuen Mun "Fei Yang" Phase I adds 5 units for tender sale

The Tuen Mun project "Feiyang" Phase 1, developed in collaboration by CK ASSET (01113.HK) and Sun Hung Kai Properties (00016.HK), announced the launch of 5 three-bedroom units, with usable areas ranging from approximately 712 to 722 square feet. They will be sold by tender next Wednesday (8th), and will offer flexible transaction periods for buyers to choose from, with a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 180 days
