# SINOFORTUNE FIN has completed the sale of all its equity in SINOFORTUNE Real Estate

According to the announcement from SINOFORTUNE FIN (08123), it plans to sell all issued share capital of SINOFORTUNE Real Estate Limited. The specified conditions precedent for the sale have been met, and the completion will take place on October 8, 2025, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreements. Upon completion, the target company will no longer be a subsidiary of the company, and its financial performance, assets, and liabilities will no longer be consolidated into the group's financial statements.

In addition, on October 8, 2025, the company (as the tenant) will enter into a lease agreement with the target company (as the owner) to lease back the property for a term of two years starting from October 8, 2025, with a monthly rent of HKD 130,000
